Hillcrest is a friendly place where people of all backgrounds and life experiences are welcome. We’re not interested in whether you say the right things, what you wear or how much you know or don’t know about the Bible. Our focus is on knowing Christ and helping others find their way to Him.

Please join us wearing whatever you feel comfortable in. A few of us wear our Sunday best but most of us are more casual. Your’re welcome to join us at one of our two locations. Each week we have services at 8, 9:30 and 11 AM at (8801 Nall Avenue) in Prairie Village and 9:30AM at Lakewood Middle School (6601 Edgewater) in Blue Valley as well as our many other activities for individuals and families on Sunday and throughout the week. For directions to either location just click on the Location tab.

If you have a question, please ask a greeter or usher or stop by our Connections Center in the lobby. While you’re there, pick up a gift for first-time guests. Also, feel free to visit The Storehouse, where you’ll find books, videos, audios, magazines and music for loan or for purchase. It’s located down the stairs, just south of the sanctuary.

There is a verse in the Bible that says: Make yourselves at home in my love. Our Desire echoes this verse in that we hope when you come to Hillcrest you feel right at home and that you experience God’s love
