Benevolence

Individuals and families sometimes unexpectedly find themselves in need of financial assistance.  The Benevolence Ministry is there to confidentially stand beside those in need with short-term financial support.  This ministry relies on the on-going generosity of the entire Hillcrest family.   God has used the warm and generous support of the Hillcrest family to bless others during these difficult times in life.

Helping Hands

This ministry draws on basic home repair and maintenance capabilities within the Hillcrest family to make a world of difference for senior adults, single mothers or others who need help.  This ministry welcomes those willing to share their time and skills to complete basic tasks in these areas:

  • Automotive maintenance and repairs
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Yard work – planting, trimming and raking
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • General clean-up
